SHF is licensed by Alcohol and Prevention Services of Kansas (AAPS) to provide Alcohol and Drug Safety Action Program (ADSAP) evaluations for DUI offenders and Alcohol & Drug (A&D) evaluations for alcohol or drug related criminal charges and custody disputes. Evaluations consist of an oral interview and the administration and interpretation of standard diagnostic tools.
Results of evaluations, including recommendations and referrals, are reported to referring authorities. Since SHF maintains a close liaison with other helping agencies in Kansas and adjacent states, clients are assured of a quick and efficient referral to the modality of treatment best suited to their needs and circumstances.
Appointment is required for an ADSAP or A&D Evaluation.
