Graham County Communities That Care |

The Graham County Communities That Care Committee began after the RPC met with the Graham County CHAPS Committee to share what the group could do after the CHAPS process came to a close. They began meeting regularly and implementing prevention activities when RPC staff conducted training on the Communities That Care model and risk/protective factors in May of 2000. The members that are actively involved in the CTC Committee are dedicated and committed to making Graham County a healthy and safe place to live.
