HIP provides comprehensive, collaborative services to women working to abstain from substance use during pregnancy, and lead substance free lives following childbirth. HIP services include substance abuse treatment referrals, support in prenatal care, counseling, family support, transportation, vocational assistance, and case management. Our goals are to help women who engage in program, deliver healthy babies by remaining abstinent from drug use during pregnancy.
Positive Behaviors = Positive Rewards!!! Women work independently with a life coach to creat a healthier lifestyle which will result in healthier babies. These services are provided at no cost and are completely voluntary. Referrals are confidential and can be made by a friend, family member and/or organization, by simply calling the HIP caseworker and she will make contact with the individual within 24 hours.
