Smoky Hill Foundation outreach services are available in Phillips and Norton Counties in Northwest Kansas. Services include ADSAP evaluations, A&D evaluations, treatment referrals, and individual counseling.
Counselors are in Phillipsburg on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Norton Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
